Justice Tore Schei
The Norwegian Supreme Court
Tore Schei is a former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Norway and will talk about the Court and the way it functions. Justice Schei retired in 2016 after having served at the Supreme Court for 30 years. During his 13 years as Chief Justice, he worked to enhance the performance and duties of the Supreme Court, establishing it as a court of precedence. He also improved case scheduling, which has resulted in shorter delays and waiting time. Tore Schei also promoted transparency in court proceedings, strengthening national and international confidence in the Supreme Court of Norway.

There is a ‘docking’ area at the main entrance for delivery vehicles and cars that disembark people. There is limited pay parking in the surrounding streets, but in Apalveien, along Friggfeltet/Tørteberg soccer and game field, you usually find a space. Apalveien is within walking distance from the venue.
