TO ALL MEMBERS
This first meeting of the autumn was planned to be an informal social gathering, featuring wine and cheese, and the opportunity to become better acquainted with each other and the programme planned for the coming months.
However, because of the difficulty to fill major positions on the Board and in the Executive Committee, the organisation has difficulty maintaining the smooth running of the formalities of our organisation.
Therefore, the September meeting may have to be replaced by an Extraordinary General Meeting. Those of you who believe that the International Forum should and can continue as it has done for the past half century must step forward ASAP. Without volunteers, this may be our final Monthly Meeting.
Despite the bleak outlook and the uncertainty, we do look forward to having you with us! We’ll have cheese and wine as planned. Welcome!
