Major Upgrade of the Majorstuen T-bane Station.
Due to renovation of Majorstuen Station, there will be changes in normal travel patterns. There will be bus for T-bane on certain lines, and the Majorstuen Station will be closed for passengers for parts of the year. Some trains will go through but not stop at Majorstuen. Some will go as normal. The changes are already in effect. Night trains are the most affected.

For example:
Line 1, Frognerseteren – Bergkrystallen (the line from Holmenkollen to the city centre): last stop Majorstuen Station. The carriages then go to a sidetrack where passengers disembark, cross to the other side and continue on lines 2, 3 or 5 to get to Nationaltheatret or Stortinget.
