DESCRIPTION:Filmparken As (Film Park Studio)  \nThursday\, April 18 \nThe Film Park Studio in Bærum is inextricably linked to all Norwegian film history and offers unique facilities for all types of film\, photo and TV production on approximately 26 acres at Jar outside Oslo. Having produced Norwegian films since 1935\, it owns and manages the rights to all films produced by Norsk Film AS from 1935 up to 2001. \nBesides three sound-proof studios\, there is a carpentry workshop\, prop offices\, assembly hall\, a mechanical workshop and costume rental facilities including all necessary accessories such as shoes\, jewellery\, and headwear delivered to film and TV productions\, private individuals and to larger groups or events. Among its latest TV productions is Makta\, which is now on NRK TV. \nToday\, there is a large music community of composers\, producers and musicians who have Filmparken AS as their home. \nDuring our visit\, we will be introduced to the history of Filmparken and visit various facilities including the costume section. \nDATE/TIME:       Thursday\, April 18 at 10:45 (for 11:00) \nSIGN UP:    To Sonia Mykletun by email no later than April 8.
